Data Insights Professional Role

About the Position: This role is a high-level data analysis position that combines technical expertise with leadership and client-facing responsibilities in the pharmaceutical industry.

We are seeking an experienced Data Insights Professional to join our team. As a senior-level data analyst, you will be responsible for managing data aggregation projects from conception to delivery. Your expertise will also involve developing data management and reporting systems, working with specialty pharmacy, hub, distributor, and 3PL data, as well as client relationship management and communication.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage data aggregation projects from inception to completion.
  • Create effective data management and reporting systems to meet business needs.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver results-driven solutions.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders through clear communication and project updates.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics).
  • A minimum of 8-10 years of professional experience in data analysis, data science, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in patient and/or payer data management solutions within the US pharmaceutical market.
  • Advanced knowledge of Python programming, Excel, and Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Word).
  • HIPAA-compliant data management experience.
  • Prior experience with EDI data (852, 867) and commercial life sciences datasets (CRM, payer reference, claims) is highly desirable.

  • Ability to work effectively in international matrix environments.
  • Proficiency in multiple programming languages and tools (e.g., R, SQL, Tableau).
