Our organization is seeking a seasoned professional to occupy the position of Senior Relationship Manager. This role involves collaborating with clients to design and implement organizational health risk management programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with customers to devise organizational health risk management and wellness programs.
  • Develop comprehensive implementation plans, define roles of responsible parties, and procure suitable health management vendors.
  • Design and plan every aspect of health risk management program implementation, including employee communication strategies.
  • Oversee the launch of health risk management programs.
  • Supervise operation of all health risk management projects and make adjustments in design and/or vendors as necessary.
Leadership and Management
  • Lead multiple HRM/H&W consulting client engagements.
  • Establish trusted relationships with client contacts through timely and effective advice and high-quality project execution.
  • Collaborate with general consultants and business development staff to strategize on approaching target clients.
Techincal Skills
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Requirements
  • Master's degree from a reputable institution.
  • 5+ years of experience in the General insurance industry.
  • Able to manage diverse client cultures of Indian Corporate, MNC Corporation, and PSU clients.
