Instructional Designer Role

We are seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to create engaging learning experiences that meet business objectives. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with stakeholders to develop effective learning materials and eLearning modules.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create high-quality learning content for various audiences
  • Develop written documentation and guides
  • Design and implement eLearning modules and presentations for live training
  • Schedule and track learning deliverables to ensure timely delivery
  • Maintain learning inventory and lead live training sessions

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree and 2+ years of experience in instructional design. Expertise in tools like PowerPoint and Articulate 360 is also required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in instructional design
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Articulate 360
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate technical ideas in user-friendly language
