Learning and Development Manager

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in creating high-quality, engaging, and accessible learning experiences for all users.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our organization as a Learning and Development Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining training programs that meet the needs of the organization and its stakeholders.

  • Develop, update, and maintain web pages using HTML and CSS to support learning and development initiatives.
  • Create, edit, and publish digital learning content, including documents, graphics, presentations, and other multimedia assets.
  • Administer and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring content is up-to-date, user access is well managed, and technical issues are resolved promptly.
  • Perform basic to intermediate video editing tasks such as trimming, subtitling, compressing, and formatting for various platforms.
  • Ensure all content is optimized for web performance and accessibility.
  • Test and troubleshoot LMS content for functionality and user access.
  • Collaborate with instructional designers, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to deliver engaging learning experiences.

The successful candidate will have experience 4-7 years and proficiency with Learning Management Systems. They will also possess solid understanding of HTML and CSS, experience with content authoring and editing tools, familiarity with graphic design tools, and proficiency in video editing software.

Strong attention to detail and quality assurance mindset, excellent organizational and communication skills, ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, and knowledge of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) in web and learning content are essential for this role.
