Job Description:

The role of a Senior Instructional Designer is to create impactful learning solutions that meet the needs of diverse learners. This involves designing and developing transformative learning experiences that align with organizational objectives.

This includes conducting in-depth analyses, utilizing adult learning principles, and creating learning pathways that empower learners to gain essential skills and knowledge seamlessly. The successful candidate will have expertise in instructional design methodologies, rapid authoring tools, and digital adoption platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive learning needs analysis to develop robust training curricula.
  • Design and develop high-quality course materials using a blended learning approach.
  • Manage multiple tasks and balance priorities across various stakeholders under tight deadlines.
  • Create an array of training materials, including eLearning courses, system simulations, quick reference guides, and work instructions.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 to 5 years of experience in instructional design, training development, and consulting services.
  • Proven expertise in designing and delivering role-based training using blended learning models.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong command of American English grammar.
