We are seeking a highly motivated Desktop Support Engineer to provide technical assistance and support to our clients and employees. This is a full-time position based in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for desktop hardware, software, and peripherals
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktop operating systems and applications
  • Manage and resolve issues related to network connectivity
