Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Database Administrator to design, implement, and maintain mission-critical databases using MongoDB.

  • Assume responsibility for the administration of large-scale MongoDB deployments.
  • Develop and maintain database policies and procedures to ensure security protocols and data protection measures are in place.

The ideal candidate must have at least 5 years of hands-on experience with MongoDB administration. Strong understanding of database design principles and best practices is required.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Implement backup, recovery, and disaster recovery processes to ensure high availability and performance.
  2. Collaborate across teams to provide solutions and support critical business applications.
  3. Monitor database performance and implement optimizations.
  4. Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for MongoDB administration and database best practices.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience with MongoDB administration.
  • Strong understanding of database design principles and best practices.
  • Expertise in backup, recovery, and replication strategies.
  • Familiarity with query optimization and database performance tuning.
  • Knowledge of database security protocols and data protection measures.
