Job Title:

Chief Information Security Architect

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Chief Information Security Architect to lead our organization's security efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing and implementing robust security architectures, as well as managing a team of security professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

Security Architecture:

  • Design and implement secure architecture for cloud, hybrid, and on-premise environments
  • Develop and maintain information security policies, standards, and procedures
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability scans

Team Leadership:

  • Manage and mentor a team of security professionals
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the team
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration of security into business operations

Communication and Collaboration:

  • Develop and deliver security training programs for employees
  • Maintain open lines of communication with stakeholders, including management, employees, and customers
  • Collaborate with external partners and vendors to stay up-to-date on emerging threats and technologies
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Technical Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of security frameworks, regulations, and standards (e.g. NIST, ISO 27001)
  • Experience with cloud security platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g. Python, PowerShell)
  • Familiarity with threat intelligence platforms (e.g. Splunk, ELK)

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proven problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Experience Required:

5+ years of experience in IT security, preferably in a leadership role
