Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Operations Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive business growth.

Main Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and prioritize project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Organize and facilitate steering committee meetings and project status updates.
  • Track resource allocation, project performance metrics, and maintain documentation.
  • Partner with business and IT teams on process improvements and system integrations.

Required Expertise

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
  • 8–10 years of experience in project management across business or technology domains.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, Asana).
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Desirable Qualifications

  • Familiarity with ERP environments or other system implementations.
  • Experience with data migration projects or system integrations.
  • PMP, Prince2, or Agile/Scrum certification.
