Operational Campaign Specialist

The key responsibility of an Operational Campaign Specialist lies in overseeing the successful execution of advertising and promotional campaigns across various digital platforms. This role requires high attention to detail, strict operational control, and effective coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate campaign delivery in alignment with business objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing comprehensive campaign strategies using digital marketing tools across multiple platforms.
  • Managing campaign setup, launch, and monitoring (Display, Sponsored Products, Video, etc.), ensuring that service level agreements are met and conducting real-time quality assurance during launch.
  • Maintaining strict compliance with technical and creative guidelines.
  • Collaborating with internal teams (creative, tech) and external stakeholders for operational coordination.
  • Validating campaign deliverables (assets, targeting) before execution.
  • Identifying and resolving operational bottlenecks, configuration issues, and managing support tickets.
  • Preparing reports and dashboards with actionable insights as per standard operating procedures.
  • Escalating content or programming errors to partner teams for resolution.
  • Monitoring compliance and quality control processes, ensuring adherence to delivery timelines and standards.
  • Handling operational issues swiftly and accurately for resolution.

Requirements/Mandatory Skills:

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in handling digital advertising platforms and spreadsheets.
  • Familiarity with campaign management tools (Salesforce, Excel, AdTech platforms).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Effective communication skills for cross-functional coordination.
  • Flexibility to work in night shifts and weekend coverage if required.
  • Knowledge/understanding of digital marketing is an added advantage.
  • Prior domain knowledge in campaign operations/digital marketing preferred.
