Business Development Executive

McCain Foods is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team in Gurgaon. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with distributors, salesmen, and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Sales and Business Development: Handle distributors and manage their sales volumes, increase customer base, and track secondary sales.
- Client Handling: Manage existing clients, increase customer base, and develop new business opportunities.
- Commercial: Manage secondary sales claims, commercial hygiene, and order placement.
- Team Leadership: Lead a team of TSI's and Supervisors to build the McCain FS business.
- Relevant minimum 3 yrs experience in the same space, preferably FMCG industry.
- Zeal to Achieve.
- Relevant Experience in HORECA.
