Senior Lending Domain Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Test Manager to lead our lending domain testing efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and executing test strategies, managing test cycles, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Job Description
As a Senior Test Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Leading test planning, execution, and closure for lending domain projects.
- Collaborating with project BAs (SMEs) to ensure requirements/user stories are clearly understood.
- Maintaining and communicating testing metrics to stakeholders via status/metrics reports.
- Driving automation framework development and process implementation.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- At least 10+ years of experience in the banking domain, with at least 5 years in a lead role and 2 years in a management role (optional).
- Deep knowledge of lending concepts, including LMS, LIMITS, COLLATERALS, Mortgages, Collection, and Loan Origination.
- Expertise in bug tracking and project management using JIRA and Confluence.
- Extensive experience in API and DB testing.
- Decent knowledge of DevOps CI/CD processes.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodology and Scrum.
- Ability to handle a team of 10+ members and test leads.
- Strong communication skills to handle customer and management calls/meetings.
