The Role
We are seeking an experienced Test Manager with a strong background in lending domain to join our team. As a Test Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of test engineers and ensuring that our software products meet the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of 10+ test engineers and ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their tasks effectively
- Develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies that cover all aspects of our software products
- Work closely with project BA's (SME) to ensure that requirements are clearly understood and met
- Maintain and communicate testing metrics to stakeholders via status/metrics reports
- Drive the automation framework team and automation process
Requirements
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in the banking domain
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a lead role
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a manager role (optional)
- Complete lending knowledge (LMS, LIMITS, COLLATERALLS, Mortgage, Collect, Loan Origination)
- Expertise in Bug Tracking and Project Management: JIRA and Confluence
- Extensive experience in Postman or JMeter or any API tool
- Very good experience and knowledge of API and DB Testing
- Decent knowledge of DevOps CI/CD Process
- Deep knowledge in Testing concepts and SDLC & STLC
- Exhaustive knowledge in Agile Methodology and SCRUM
Salary Range
$120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
