Designation: Senior Executive - Brand Reputation & Strategic Communication

We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused individual to join our team as a Client Servicing Expert.


Responsibilities:


Client Relationship Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, fostering strong relationships based on trust and communication.
  • Understand client goals, challenges, and expectations to provide tailored solutions.


Reputation Management:

  • Collaborate with clients to develop and implement proactive reputation management strategies.
  • Monitor online and offline channels for brand mentions, and execute strategies to enhance positive sentiment.


Crisis Communications:

  • Act as a key player in the development and execution of crisis communication plans. o Provide timely and strategic guidance during crisis situations to mitigate reputational damage.


Strategy Development:

  • Work closely with internal teams to develop comprehensive reputation management and crisis communication strategies.
  • Ensure strategies align with client objectives and industry best practices.


Client Communication:

  • Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates on ongoing projects, campaign performance, and key metrics.
  • Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.


Campaign Analysis and Reporting:

  • Utilize analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of reputation management and crisis communication campaigns.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports to clients, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Media, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in client servicing, reputation management, or crisis communications.
  • Strong understanding of online and offline reputation management strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure situations.
  • Familiarity with media monitoring tools and crisis communication platforms.
