Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Services Operations Specialist to join our team. As a Services Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our services.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Drafting and Reviewing Client-Facing Documents: You will be responsible for creating accurate and high-quality client-facing scope documentation, including Statements of Work and Project Change Requests.
  • Managing Deadlines and Deliverables: You will need to manage internal and client deadlines to ensure timely delivery of project deliverables and prevent delays that could impact sales.
  • Updating Salesforce Records: You will work within Salesforce to update records, adjust pricing and hours, and manage requests efficiently.
  • Risk Identification and Mitigation: You will identify any risks associated with opportunities and make decisions on required approvals or steps needed to mitigate these risks.
  • Communication with Stakeholders: You will communicate key information to internal stakeholders throughout the sales campaign lifecycle, including escalations and exceptions as needed.
  • Project Scope Management: You will organize and maintain project-related scope documentation and other assets in Teams/SharePoint.
  • Issue Escalation and Remediation: You will identify and escalate any issues within the OA process and work with the relevant teams to resolve these issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience: 2-5 years of work experience in a corporate setting is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products: Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is essential.
  • Collaboration Tools: Experience with Microsoft collaboration tools, such as SharePoint and Teams, is necessary.
  • Salesforce Experience: Familiarity with Salesforce is beneficial but not required.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work are essential.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written communication skills and a mastery of the English language are required.
  • Urgency and Adaptability: A sense of urgency in meeting deadlines and the ability to adapt to changing priorities are necessary.
  • Independence and Multi-Tasking: Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously is required.
