Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in service delivery management, business analysis, and Pega implementation within the banking sector.
  • Proficiency in Pega, business process management, and banking systems.
  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications such as Pega Certified Business Architect (PCBA), Agile Coach, or PMP are advantageous.
