Human Resources Executive – US Operations

This role involves managing onboarding, benefits administration, employee records, payroll coordination, compliance, and daily HR operations in accordance with company policies.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Onboarding & Offboarding
    • Coordinate smooth onboarding for new hires on HR portal (Rippling) - tracking all documents and employee benefits.
    • Manage employee exits including resignation processing, exit interviews, and final settlements.
  • HR Operations & Employee Support
    • Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data (e.g., Rippling).
    • Serve as the first point of contact for US employee HR queries.
    • Track employee leave, PTOs, and time-off requests.
    • Support employee communication initiatives.
  • Benefits & Compliance
    • Assist in benefits enrollment (medical, dental, vision, 401(k)).
    • Ensure compliance with federal and state labor laws (FMLA, ADA, ACA, COBRA, etc.).
    • Maintain confidentiality and secure handling of sensitive HR data.
  • Payroll Coordination
    • Work closely with the payroll team to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
    • Track reimbursements and benefit deductions.
    • Ensure employee changes are reflected in payroll systems promptly.
  • Documentation & Reporting
    • Draft HR letters and related documents.
    • Generate periodic reports on headcount, attrition, and other HR metrics as required.
    Key Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • 2+ years of experience in HR operations with exposure to US HR practices.
    • Prior experience working with remote or hybrid US teams.
    • Familiarity with HR tools and systems (Rippling).
    • Good understanding of US employment laws and HR compliance.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
    • Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment is a plus.
