Human Resources Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Human Resources Assistant. In this role, you will provide administrative support to the HR department and assist with various tasks related to employee onboarding, training, and benefits.

Job Description:
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department, including responding to emails and phone calls, and processing paperwork.
  • Assist with employee onboarding, including conducting new hire orientations and preparing necessary documents.
  • Coordinate training sessions and workshops for employees, including scheduling and logistics.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resource management or a related field.
  • Proven experience working in an office environment, preferably in HR.
  • Familiarity with HRIS software and other HR systems.
