Human Resources Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Human Resources Manager.

  1. Record keeping: Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, leaves and other relevant data.
  2. Employee sourcing: Utilize effective strategies to source high-quality manpower for our organization.
  3. MS Office proficiency: Streamline HR operations by efficiently utilizing MS Office applications.
  4. Onboarding: Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires and manage their full lifecycle.
  5. HRIS maintenance: Ensure the smooth functioning of HR Information Systems and employee personal files.
  6. Payroll administration: Manage payroll knowledge and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  7. Employee engagement: Develop and implement activities that promote employee engagement and well-being.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and possess a strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
