Key Responsibilities
  • To provide strategic HR support and guidance to various stakeholders across the business
  • To develop, implement, and maintain effective HR policies and procedures that align with our organizational goals
  • To collaborate with senior management to identify and address key HR issues and opportunities for improvement

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions
