Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Intern at Hyskilled in Noida. The Human Resources Intern will assist in HR management tasks, policies development, employee benefits administration, and personnel management. Day-to-day tasks may include recruitment support, onboarding activities, HR document maintenance, and employee relations support.

Qualifications

- Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
- Experience in developing HR policies and managing employee benefits
- Personnel Management skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work in a team environment
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
