Job Description

Position: HR Internship

Location: Noida (WFO Only)

Stipend: 5,000 Per Month

ApkaTax is a FinTech Solution Provider. We provide services to Start ups, SMEs & Enterprises across the globe in fields of audit and assurance, consulting, financial advisory, risk advisory, tax, and related services.

As a Human Resources (HR) intern at ApkaTax, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Your role will involve working closely with the HR team to support various functions and initiatives within the organization.

Selected Intern&aposs Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

- Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting job openings, conducting pre-screening interviews, and coordinating new hire orientations.
- Manage employee records and maintain HR databases to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Support the performance management process by helping to track employee goals, performance evaluations, and development plans.
- Assist with employee engagement activities, including organizing team-building events, recognition programs, and wellness initiatives.
- Collaborate with HR team members on training and development initiatives, including scheduling training sessions and tracking employee participation.
- Help to provide HR support to employees by answering questions, resolving issues, and escalating concerns as needed.
- Contribute to special projects and initiatives as assigned by the HR team to support the overall goals of the department and organization.
