Job Opportunity:

A seasoned IT Governance professional is required to drive large-scale IT initiatives for a finance organization. The ideal candidate will have expertise in setting up data centers, establishing robust testing COE, and developing enterprise-grade resiliency & operations centers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Center Setup & Management
  • Lead end-to-end planning, design, and implementation of enterprise data centers ensuring scalability, compliance, security, and disaster recovery measures are in place.
  • Testing COE (Center of Excellence)
  • Establish and govern Testing COE frameworks, methodologies, and automation strategies to drive quality assurance across applications, infrastructure, and business systems.
  • Resiliency & Operations Center (ROC)
  • Build and manage an advanced ROC for proactive monitoring and incident management, implementing resiliency strategies to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.
  • Hands-on experience with Zoho ManageEngine, Site24x7, New Relic, Dynatrace, or similar platforms.
  • IT Governance & Compliance
  • Define IT policies, standards, and frameworks aligned with finance regulations, overseeing audits, risk management, and compliance with regulatory guidelines.
  • Leadership & Strategy
  • Partner with CXOs to align IT governance with business strategy, mentor and guide technology teams to deliver excellence in IT operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong expertise in Data Center design & operations.
  • Proven experience in Testing COE setup and execution.
  • Hands-on with ROC tools – Zoho Manage Engine, Site24x7, New Relic, Dynatrace.
  • Knowledge of resiliency frameworks, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning.
  • Strong governance, compliance, and regulatory understanding of the finance sector.
  • Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
