Customer Engagement Professional
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customers across branches, with the goal of cross-selling asset products such as HL, LAP, CL, PL, GL, WC, CV, Liability, CA, SA, TD, and Third Party Investment Products.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining customer relationships through regular video calls, telecalls, and in-person meetings
- Cross-selling bank services to existing customers
- Ensuring customer stickiness and category upgrade
- Acquiring new customers through referrals, family household acquisitions, and sales targets
- Providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues that may arise
Requirements:
- Graduate or Post Graduate degree in any stream
- At least 1 year of experience in banking or finance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Energetic, confident, and go-getter attitude
