Job Title: Marketing Associate
Location: Panipat Info Centre
Job Role:
As a Marketing Associate, you will play a critical role in establishing the PW Panipat Info Centre region through effective offline marketing strategies. You will be responsible for driving B2B sales, generating leads, connecting with local schools, and organizing brand campaigns. Your efforts will directly contribute to increasing brand awareness and building long-lasting relationships with educational institutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- B2B Sales: Develop and maintain relationships with local schools, educational institutions, and other potential partners to drive business growth.
- Lead Generation: Execute marketing campaigns designed to generate leads and expand the customer base.
- Offline Marketing: Implement and manage offline marketing strategies, including flyers, posters, events, and other local initiatives to promote the brand and services.
- School Outreach: Identify and connect with schools in the local area to offer tuition services, build partnerships, and establish a presence in the community.
- Campaign Organization: Plan and execute promotional campaigns in collaboration with local schools and educational events.
- Brand Promotion: Organize offline brand activations, events, and campaigns to promote the PW Panipat Info Centre in the local community.
- Market Research: Stay updated with local educational trends, school activities, and competitor actions to identify marketing opportunities.

Qualifications and Skills:

- -Based in Panipat, with a good understanding of the local market and community.
- -Strong connections with local schools or educational institutions is highly preferred.
- -Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- -Ability to plan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns independently.
- -Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
