We're Hiring: Marketing Executive at Brown's

We're a cozy, fast-growing bakery café serving happiness with every coffee and cake, and we're on the lookout for a Marketing Executive who can sprinkle some magic into our brand.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Planning and running fun marketing campaigns (both online & offline).
  • Managing our social media handles (Instagram reels, food photos, quirky captions – you name it).
  • Designing simple graphics & creatives for posts, ads, and promotions (basic Canva/Photoshop skills).
  • Driving customer engagement through café events, food tastings & local collabs.
  • Tracking campaigns and finding cool ways to attract more foodies to our café.
  • Ability to think outside the box and deliver fresh ideas.

Who Can Apply:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, freshers with MBA in Marketing are welcome (we love fresh ideas as much as fresh bakes).
  • 0–2 years of experience in marketing/digital marketing preferred.
  • Basic graphic design skills (Canva/Photoshop/Illustrator).
  • Social media savvy with a knack for trending content.
  • Passionate about food, creativity, café culture & bakery products is a big PLUS.
