Our organization is seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to provide high-quality technical assistance and application problem resolution. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of complex computer systems and software, as well as excellent communication and teamwork skills.
The Technical Support Specialist will be responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and debugging complex computer systems and software. They will also respond to situations where end users have failed to isolate or resolve problems in malfunctioning equipment or software.
The successful candidate will possess excellent customer service and teamwork skills, with the ability to maintain and enhance customer relationships. They will also have a working knowledge of main products and strategy, as well as the ability to use professional concepts and company policies and procedures to solve routine problems.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Understanding of PCs, Networks, OS Platforms, Cloud Environments, Databases, Telephony, Software Applications, and ACDs
- Ability to learn complex software tools quickly
- Strong Customer Service and Teamwork Skills
- Ability to use professional concepts and company policies and procedures to solve routine problems
- Ability to develop resolutions to problems of limited scope and follow standard practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data from which answers can be readily obtained
The Technical Support Specialist position offers a range of benefits, including:
