Key Responsibilities:- Employee case management and support.

We are seeking a dedicated professional who can efficiently complete assigned benefits processes with 100% accuracy and timeliness. The ideal candidate should demonstrate customer obsession by addressing employee queries via email or tickets within the SLA, providing accurate resolutions to employee issues. This role requires highlighting potential risk issues and challenges that may impact our employees.
The successful candidate will review process documentation regularly, making updates as needed. They will also provide required support to SMEs/Team Managers for in-depth data analysis and benefits stats reporting. Furthermore, they will liaise with internal teams (support teams like Payroll, Employee Resource Center, Exits, Onboarding Team) and external stakeholders (Insurance Vendors) to resolve employee queries and complete administrative tasks effectively.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of insurance products and benefits.
