Job Title: Junior Business Analyst

We are seeking a talented Junior Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing business processes and developing strategies to improve operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • KPI Management: Deliver high-quality results as per defined KPIs while maintaining set SLA accuracy, quality, and TAT standards.
  • Process Development: Develop a sound understanding of the business process and identify areas for improvement.
  • Workload Management: Manage workload and volumes effectively while meeting delivery expectations.
  • Ad-hoc Tasks: Complete tasks as directed by Team Leader.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to compliance guidelines and internal/external regulators' requirements.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree required. Commerce or Insurance background preferred.
  • Skills:
  • Analytical Skills: Research, collect, interpret, analyze, and problem-solve information (numerical and graphical).
  • Attention to Detail: Achieve thoroughness, accuracy, and completeness when accomplishing tasks.
  • Communications Skills: Comprehend, articulate, and respond effectively to information through verbal and written mediums.
  • MS Office: Proficiency in MS Office is required.
