Job Title: Business Data Analyst

Job Description:
  • Collect, process and analyze complex data sets from various sources across the organization to drive business growth.
  • Develop reports, dashboards and visualizations to present key findings and insights.
  • Identify trends, patterns and opportunities for process improvements through data analysis and strategic planning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data requirements and deliver tailored analyses and solutions.
  • Ensure data integrity, accuracy and adherence to data governance policies and standards.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for data processes, methodologies and best practices.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics or a related field.
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science or a related field is preferred.
  • 3+ years of working experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Python programming language and data analysis libraries such as Pandas, NumPy and matplotlib.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and experience working with relational databases such as MySQL and PostgreSQL.
  • Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI or similar.
  • Familiarity with statistical analysis techniques and machine learning concepts.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
