Job Description:

We are seeking a Requirements Driven Business Analyst to drive our product roadmap by gathering and defining business requirements, analyzing business processes, and ensuring successful iteration management. The ideal candidate will translate business needs into comprehensive functional specifications, facilitate communication between technical teams and business users, and oversee the implementation and iteration of product requirements to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather and define business requirements through close collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Analyze business processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop comprehensive functional specifications to guide product development.
  • Facilitate communication between technical teams and business users to ensure seamless integration.
  • Oversee the implementation and iteration of product requirements to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Requirements Engineer, or Product Analyst in software or SaaS environments.
  • Proven expertise in writing clear and comprehensive requirements and functional specs.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
  • Proven experience in iteration management and working with product teams.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
