Data Analyst

Job Description:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team. As a Data Analyst, you will play a key role in gathering project requirements, setting up assessments and simulations, reporting setup, and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for collating scores for different tools to maintain a database.
  • Analysis of scores to generate industry benchmarks and norms.
  • You will create dashboards using MS Power Apps/Tableau/PowerBI.
  • Strong communication skills with team members and stakeholders.
  • You will identify innovative ways to improve current execution methods.
  • Operate independently with strong domain knowledge.
  • Prior experience in operations and project management is required.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations, including status updates and query resolution.
  • Maintain strict timelines and ensure quality deliverables.
  • Utilize problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Contribute to training and capability development for junior analysts.
  • Support consulting assignments and interface with external clients.

Requirements:

  • Advanced analytical skills to extract insights from data.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Brief understanding of visualization tools like Tableau and R/Python.
  • Effective business communication skills and fluency in the English language.

Skills and Knowledge:

  • Statistical functions, such as mean, median, mode, correlation, variance, standard deviation, and regression.
  • Enhanced understanding of primary and secondary research, survey methodology, and client products.
