Job Title: Strategic Business Transformation Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Business Transformation Analyst to play a pivotal role in driving business process improvements and enhancing operational efficiency.

  • Discover and Prioritize Ai/ML Use Cases
  • Conduct Stakeholder Interviews to Uncover Pain Points and Automation Opportunities
  • Requirements Gathering & Translation
  • Convert Business Requirements into Technical Specifications
  • Collaborate with Data Scientists and Engineers to Ensure Feasibility and Alignment
  • Business Case Development
  • Build ROI Models, Feasibility Studies, and Risk Assessments
  • Presents Findings and Recommendations to Senior Leadership
  • Performance Monitoring
  • Define KPIs and Success Metrics
  • Track and Report on Project Outcomes and Business Impact
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Act as Liaison Between Business Units and Technical Teams
  • Facilitate Cross-Functional Collaboration and Communication
  • Ai Governance & Ethics
  • Ensure Ai Solutions Comply with Ethical Standards and Regulatory Requirements
  • Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor's in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or Related Field. MBA or Master's Preferred
  • 3–6 Years in Business Analysis, with 1–2 Years in Ai/Ml Projects
  • Technical Proficiency:
  • Familiarity with Ai/Ml Concepts (e.g., NLP, Computer Vision, Generative Ai)
  • Basic Knowledge of Python, SQL, Tableau, or Power Bi
  • Understanding of Ai Platforms (Aws SageMaker, Azure Ml, Google Vertex Ai)
  • Business Acumen:
  • Strong Grasp of Business Strategy, Operations, and Financial Modeling
  • Ability to Align Ai Initiatives with Organizational Goals
