The role entails comprehensive management of the human resource lifecycle, encompassing talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR operations. This includes overseeing recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding, managing mandatory training programs, and ensuring accurate employee records.

This position demands a proactive and strategic HR professional who can independently execute and improve processes in line with organizational growth and global HR practices.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with department heads to define role requirements and build effective hiring pipelines.
  • Develop and maintain an active talent pool for future hiring needs.
  • Own pre-onboarding and induction processes to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
  • Talent Management:
  • Conduct training need analysis (TNA) in collaboration with department heads.
  • Plan, schedule, and implement internal and external training programs to enhance employee capabilities.
  • Partner with external trainers, certification bodies, and learning platforms for capability-building initiatives.
  • HR Operations:
  • Maintain accurate employee records and handle documentation, including offer letters, contracts, confirmation, and exit procedures.
  • Oversee payroll inputs, attendance tracking, and leave management in coordination with Finance.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations through statutory documentation support.
  • Employee Engagement & Culture:
  • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive work environment.
  • Support internal communications and organizational announcements to foster a sense of community.
  • Champion employee well-being and drive initiatives to promote a culture of inclusivity and diversity.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Master's degree / MBA in Human Resources Management or Post-Graduate Diploma in HR (PGDHRM) from a recognized institute is preferred.
  • Desirable Qualifications & Experience:
  • 6–8 years of progressive experience in HR functions, preferably in recruitment, operations, and learning & development.
  • Experience working in a standalone or lead HR role is advantageous.
