Job Summary:
The Franchise Acquisition Manager will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new franchise opportunities. This role involves evaluating competitive offerings, conducting lead generation activities, and ensuring seamless onboarding of new partners.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and evaluate high-potential business regions for franchise expansion.
• Build strong relationships with competitor franchisees and assess offerings by brokers and market players in the region.
• Conduct lead generation campaigns and drive franchisee onboarding closures.
• Monitor and maintain franchise retention in line with organizational targets and KPIs.
• Identify expansion opportunities within the existing network.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and best practices.
Key Requirements:
• Proven experience in franchise acquisition, channel sales or partner development with a strong understanding of stock broking.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with a proven ability to build and manage relationships.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in the Stock broking industry is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and presentation skills and analytical and decision-making capabilities.
