About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Leader to drive revenue growth in BFSI, Retail, and Healthcare sectors.

This individual contributor role focuses on developing business strategies, identifying new opportunities, and managing existing client relationships. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and expertise in PaaS/SaaS solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive client engagement.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities; manage existing clients.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Manage the sales cycle: qualification, proposal, negotiation, and closing.
  • Collaborate with Pre-Sales and internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Provide market insights and competitive intelligence.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong knowledge of Digital Transformation, Generative AI, ML, RPA, Analytics, and PaaS/SaaS.
  • Proven ability to develop business strategies and drive revenue.
  • Success in building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Expertise in managing sales pipelines and forecasting.
  • Bachelor's degree (required); MBA (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.

What We Offer

Based in Mumbai, with 60% travel across India; occasional international travel. The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary range of 14 LPA.
