About the Role

Vodafone Idea Limited, a leading telecom service provider, is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive sales through distribution in the given territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver sales targets for all products by executing the distribution strategy at the channel-partner level.
  • Monitor quality of acquisition through the distribution channel.
  • Track competition and report on schemes and programs.
  • Ensure availability of stock at retail while adhering to norms.
  • Execute promotional activities for channel partners to drive sales and build market credibility.
Revenue and Distribution Goals
  • Achieve zonal revenue targets for the distribution channel across all products.
  • Expand retail presence through increase in number of outlets in existing and new geographies.
People Management
  • Manage DSEs and set targets for them.
  • Monitor DSE beat plan adherence and systems/formats at DSE end.
  • Drive distribution and MPESA KPIs delivery.

Requirements
  • 2-5 years of experience in sales and distribution planning.
