**The Role**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager - Commercial Channel to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and market share in the commercial channel. Your primary objective will be to achieve sales targets, increase market share, and ensure dealer viability and profitability.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and other stakeholders
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify business opportunities
- Develop and implement plans to improve dealer viability and profitability
- Provide training and development support to dealers and their teams
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in sales and marketing, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the commercial vehicle sales industry. You will also need to have a B-Tech + MBA or B-Tech (Mechanical) degree from a UGC/AICTE approved college/institute. Additionally, you will need to possess strong leadership and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
