About the Role
Airtel is seeking a seasoned Territory Sales Manager to drive business growth and lead our sales efforts in the territory.
Key Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Targeted New Acquisition - Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Base Recharge Management - Collaborate with CS and LCO teams to enhance base recharge and ensure customer satisfaction.
- LCO Payouts and Support - Ensure timely and accurate LCO payouts, providing necessary support to the LCO teams.
- BTL Activities - Develop and execute BTL strategies to drive business growth in designated areas of operations.
- LCO Onboarding - Coordinate LCO onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration of new partners.
- Team Handling - Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve business objectives.
- Go-To-Market Strategy - Develop and implement effective Go-To-Market strategies to drive business growth and customer acquisition.
Requirements
- Education - Full-time graduate, preferably with an MBA or PGDM degree.
- Experience - Minimum 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in the telecom/FMCG industry.
