Job Title

A renowned edtech company is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented intern to support our customer success operations. This role is ideal for someone passionate about improving learner experiences, resolving user issues, and contributing to operational excellence in the education sector.

This position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with our cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless user journey. As a customer success intern, you will play a vital role in supporting our learners, analyzing feedback, and ensuring smooth onboarding and engagement across our language learning platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and Resolve User Queries: Respond to user queries related to course access, subscriptions, onboarding, and lesson progression in a timely and professional manner.
  • Track and Coordinate Issue Resolution: Identify and track user-reported issues across platforms and coordinate with our content and tech teams for timely resolution.
  • Analyze User Feedback and Metrics: Analyze learner feedback, support metrics, and engagement data to inform product and content decisions.
  • Support Help Center Resources: Assist in creating help center resources and in-app support messages to proactively assist users.
Qualifications:
  • Strong Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
  • Problem-Solving Mindset: Demonstrate a problem-solving mindset with a detail-oriented approach.
  • Technical Comfort: Be comfortable working with support tools and spreadsheets.
  • User-Centric Attitude: Possess a proactive and empathetic attitude toward users and their learning needs.
  • Educational Background: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Education, Communication, Business, or a related field.
