  • Succession planning is vital to ensuring the continuity of our organization's leadership. We seek an individual who can develop and maintain a robust succession planning process to identify and prepare internal talent for future leadership roles.

The successful candidate will be responsible for approximately 300 employees, driving initiatives to attract, retain, develop, and engage top talent while promoting a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

This role requires a Master's degree in HR or related field and 5+ years of proven HR experience. The ideal candidate should possess strong strategic thinking and ability to align HR initiatives with overall business goals.
