Job Title: Talent Management Professional

At our company, we are seeking a seasoned Talent Management Professional to oversee the entire lifecycle of employees, from recruitment to development and retention. This role plays a critical part in shaping our organization's culture and ensuring that we have the right talent in place to drive business success.

This is a full-time on-site position located in Malkapur (Near Jalgaon/Akola). The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, managing employee benefits and compensation, and facilitating professional development and training programs.

  • Develops and implements HR policies and procedures to support business objectives
  • Manages employee benefits, compensation, and payroll to ensure fairness and equity
  • Facilitates professional development and training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Maintains accurate and up-to-date employee records and files
  • Collaborates with management to identify and address talent gaps and develop strategies to attract and retain top talent

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a leadership role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
