Talent Development Professional

About the Role:

The Talent Development Professional will play a key part in shaping the growth and development of our associates. This role is responsible for driving the process of orientation, ensuring that all new associates are equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in their roles.

  • Responsible for the completion of mandatory online modules by all associates, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Oversee the skill certification process for all front-line associates, empowering them with the skills required to deliver exceptional service.
  • Identify training needs through various channels, such as performance reviews, guest feedback, and associate suggestions.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive training calendar, catering to the diverse needs of our associates.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with the Human Resources team to conduct various employee engagement activities, promoting a positive work environment and associate satisfaction.
  • Assist the Human Resources team in driving various reward and recognition programs, recognizing and rewarding outstanding performance.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrate knowledge of HR practices and Corporate Sustainability.
  • Possess excellent training skills, with the ability to engage and motivate associates.
  • Proficient in MS-Office applications, with the ability to create engaging training materials.
  • Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas simply.
  • Display proficiency in computer skills, with the ability to navigate various software applications.
  • Awareness of safety practices, with the ability to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
