Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Business Banking team as a Relationship Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing financial solutions to meet the needs of business banking customers and ensuring best-in-class relationship management and customer experience.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities through detailed credit assessment and understanding of customer requirements.

  • Develop in-depth knowledge on liability, Forex, trade, client relationships, delinquency management, relationship management, and analytical skills.

  • Effectively manage a portfolio by continuously monitoring accounts and renewals, enhancement, retention, and maintaining high-quality relationships with minimal open deferral and covenants.

  • Build strong relationships with branch banking teams to leverage synergies and work within the overall bank ecosystem with other stakeholders.

  • Evaluate growth strategies based on competitor analysis and feedback from various channels and customers.

  • Recommend process improvements to enhance service efficiency and quality across the branch network.

  • Demonstrate expertise in sales planning and conceptualizing promotions and marketing initiatives.

  • Understand financial statements, credit assessment, and title-security documents.

Requirements:

  • Graduation: Any discipline.
  • Professional Qualification: Preferred Chartered Accountant (CA).
  • Experience: 5-10 years of relevant branch banking experience.
