We're seeking a seasoned procurement expert to lead our dynamic team.

Are you passionate about optimizing operational efficiency and driving results through effective sourcing strategies?

Key Responsibilities:

  • Validate purchase requisitions and contracts with precision
  • Implement end-to-end procurement processes that meet exacting standards
  • Conduct root cause analysis for delayed purchases and streamline cycle times
  • Build and maintain strong vendor relationships and monitor product delivery
  • Spearhead cost reduction initiatives and select vendors wisely
  • Oversee a team of 6-8 procurement professionals, fostering collaboration and excellence

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field
  • 5-7 years of experience in procurement operations and sourcing
  • 3+ years of leadership experience, managing teams and driving growth
  • Proven expertise in eProcurement tools like Ariba, SAP, or Oracle
  • Exceptional communication and client service skills
