Job Title: Project Management Operations Leader

As a Project Management Operations Leader, you will oversee the execution of marketing content and creative projects across global campaigns. You will align internal teams and cross-functional stakeholders on project scopes, expectations, and deadlines. Your role requires effective project tracking systems to enhance visibility and streamline workflows.



Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in project management, team-building, and vendor management
  • Experience working with global teams and managing projects across multiple time zones
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., DivvyHQ, Confluence, SharePoint, Workfront, Adobe Experience Manager)
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field


Key Responsibilities

Some of your key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing project workflows and deliverables for global brand marketing initiatives
  • Ensuring the smooth operation of brand marketing projects through efficient use of resources and time
  • Managing vendor Statements of Work (SOWs), contracts, invoicing, and procurement processes
  • Collaborating with finance and procurement teams to ensure payments and compliance with internal policies
