Procurement Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of the procurement department, you will be responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of procurement and payment processes within our organization.
- Purchase Order Creation: Generate and manage purchase orders based on organizational needs.
- Supplier Follow-up: Report weekly PO status and past dues to suppliers.
- Invoice Holds: Validate on-hold invoices and address past due supplier invoices for timely payment.
- Indirect Materials Procurement: Source indirect materials for plants in accordance with SCM regulations and guidelines.
- Purchase Requisitions Management: Review and convert purchase requisitions into purchase orders (POs).
- Authorization Check: Ensure that requisitions are properly authorized.
- SAP MM Knowledge: Must have strong knowledge of SAP Material Management.
- Ariba Procurement: Preferred experience with Ariba procurement and guided buying.
- Communication and Presentation: Good communication and presentation skills to interact with global teams and stakeholders.
