Production Support Analyst Role Overview:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing level 2 production support to business users directly.

This involves working independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Additional requirements include flexibility to adapt to varying shift timings and working effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in technical support, with hands-on experience in SQL, Unix, VB, Powerquery, and Python programming languages.

Strong knowledge of monitoring and job scheduling tools such as Control-M is also essential.

Well-versed in basic support processes like incident management, the ideal candidate will possess experience working with ServiceNow or similar tool.

Familiarity with regulatory reporting requirements is a plus.
