**Customer Support Professional Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable Customer Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong problem-solving attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance and support to customers via phone, email, or chat, resolving issues related to their vehicles (mechanical, electrical, or software-related).
  • Offer accurate information and solutions regarding warranty coverage, claims, and service processes, ensuring seamless customer experience.
  • Collaborate with service centers, mechanics, or technical teams to ensure timely resolution of customer problems, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Track and manage warranty claims, guaranteeing all documentation is accurate and complete.
  • Offer first-level technical troubleshooting guidance based on customer feedback, escalating complex cases when necessary.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of all interactions, complaints, issues, and solutions using CRM tools, facilitating data-driven decision-making.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Education: A minimum of a Graduate degree from any stream, with preference given to candidates with automotive or technical backgrounds.
  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in customer support, automotive services, or warranty handling is preferred.
  • Language: Fluency in Hindi and English; proficiency in other regional languages is an added advantage.
  • Technical Knowledge: A basic understanding of vehicle systems or prior experience in an auto-related role is beneficial.
