Job Title:

Oracle Technical Support - Sales and Distribution



We are looking for a skilled Oracle EBS R12 technical support specialist to join our team. As a technical support specialist, you will be responsible for providing expert-level technical support for our clients across multiple modules in the Supply Chain and Manufacturing domains.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support for Oracle EBS R12 across multiple modules, including Supply Chain and Manufacturing domains.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and implement effective resolutions.
  • Independently manage issue resolutions and customization enhancements in live Oracle EBS business flows.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in Oracle EBS R12 Tech Support, especially across multiple modules in Supply Chain and Manufacturing domains.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL / PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, and Oracle Reports.
  • Proficient in managing inbound/outbound interfaces, data extraction, and data load processes.
  • Strong understanding of Sales & Distribution modules.
  • Relevant Module Experience (Please Include in Resume): Order Management (OM), Advanced Pricing, Shipping Execution, Inventory (INV), Accounts Receivable (AR), Trading Community Architecture (TCA).
